Where is your training held?
We send our trainers to your premises at an agreed date/time, with the ability to cater for training during the evenings or over the weekend where required. Some courses are also offered online via webinars, blended learning.
How much does it cost?
You will be provided with a bespoke quote by our team of advisors. This is dependent on a variety of factors, including location and group size (maximum of 12 per first aid session).
How long are certificates valid, and do learners need refreshers?
While not mandatory, we run Annual Refresher and Requalification courses to help teams retain their first-aid knowledge. First aid certificates last 3 years and must be renewed after their expiry to maintain compliance. Don't worry, we will send out renewal reminders to existing customers.
Which course do I need?
Our 1-day emergency first aid at work course ensures baseline compliance for most UK-based businesses, however, our advisors will want to hear about your workplace and can determine which course(s) you need.
